The manufacturing process starts with the kiln dry of the wood followed by the pest control process, once the raw wood has been treated the creative process. After phase I, the assembled piece goes to the Pre-Finish process that consist in several stages of sanding by hand and application of different paint bases. In the finish process, several layers of paints and acrylics are applied to give its unique texture and color. During this process each piece is hand distressed and hand polished. Since every piece is painted by hand colors might slightly vary. We build our case goods with Mortise and Tenon joinery. Our exterior hardware is individually hand forged from wrought iron pieces. Made in Peru!

Hand crafted and hand painted by master artisans, who carefully carve each individual piece by hand. All our pieces are finished throughout including the interior and back. We work with selected hard tropical hardwood indigenous to the area. We mainly use Mohena and Tornillo. These are medium weight woods similar to mahogany. High quality wood veneer is used on certain tops and door panels.

Minimal care is needed to keep our products looking beautiful. Simply dust with a lint free cloth or use light polish.
