At Runyon’s Fine Furniture, every order is treated with care — because every piece tells a story. Whether it’s handcrafted on demand or ready from our showroom floor, we’re committed to making sure your furniture arrives safely, beautifully, and exactly where you want it.
White-Glove Delivery Service
We proudly offer white-glove delivery on all orders. This includes:
- Careful handling and blanket-wrapping of your furniture
- Delivery into the room of your choice
- Unpacking and light assembly, if needed
- Debris removal upon request
Our white-glove partners are trained to handle high-end, oversized pieces and understand the craftsmanship behind each delivery. We do not offer drop-off shipping or curbside delivery.
Production & Lead Times
Because many of our items are custom built or made-to-order, lead times may vary based on the piece and manufacturer. We will provide an estimated timeline at the time of your order. For the most accurate lead time, please contact us directly at sales@runyonsfinefurniture.com.
Ready-to-ship and showroom floor items typically ship out within 1–2 weeks. Custom orders may take between 8–20 weeks, depending on complexity and vendor schedules.
Nationwide Delivery
We ship across the continental U.S. using trusted, insured freight carriers and white-glove services. If you live in a remote or hard-to-access location, please reach out in advance so we can coordinate the best delivery experience possible.
Delivery Coordination
Once your item is ready to ship, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment that works with your availability. It is your responsibility to ensure the item can fit through your entryways, hallways, and stairwells.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, size of the order, and whether it’s a custom or ready-to-ship item. All costs will be confirmed at the time of your quote or checkout.
Damages or Issues
In the rare event that your furniture arrives damaged or with a defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you and the delivery partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
