The Silvano Heirloom Chest blends vintage European elegance with rustic charm, perfect for rustic or antique-inspired interiors. Crafted with exceptional craftsmanship and timeless design, this treasure chest is a statement of artistry. It is made of solid wood and constructed using mortise and tenon joints for lasting durability.

The manufacturing process starts with the kiln drying of the wood, followed by the pest control process. Once the raw wood has been treated, the creative process begins. After phase I, the assembled piece goes to the Pre-Finish process, consisting of several stages of sanding by hand and applying different paint bases. 

In the finishing process, several layers of paint and acrylics are applied to give it a unique texture and color. During this process each piece is hand distressed and hand polished. Since every piece is painted by hand, colors might vary slightly. We build our case goods with Mortise and Tenon joinery. Our exterior hardware is individually hand forged from wrought iron pieces. Made in Peru!

The two-tone distressed finish enhances its old-world character, with deep, rich wood framing the weathered antique white panels adorned with delicate hand-carved scrollwork. This chest features 3 drawers and a 2-door cabinet, offering ample storage for your essentials. The upper portion of the chest has three drawers fitted with dark metal ring pulls for easy access to smaller items.

Heirloom -Quality Wooden Chest with Old-World Character

The lower cabinet doors are highlighted by a striking ornamental metal medallion at the center with a lockable door handle. Hand-forged wrought iron hardware complements the intricate hand-carved and hand-painted finishes by skilled artisans. Resting on rounded bun feet, this heirloom-quality chest is an ideal addition to your bedroom, living room, or dining space.

Hand crafted and hand painted by master artisans, who carefully carve each individual piece by hand. All our pieces are finished throughout including the interior and back. We work with selected hard tropical hardwood indigenous to the area. We mainly use Mohena and Tornillo. These are medium weight woods similar to mahogany. High quality wood veneer is used on certain tops and door panels.
