Handcrafted Western Recliner Frame Built for Comfort & Longevity
This custom American-made wingback recliner blends Western luxury with exceptional craftsmanship. Designed for heirloom quality, it balances relaxed comfort and refined elegance. Rolled arms, a split back cushion, and a classic wingback silhouette set the tone, while hand-applied nailhead trim adds rugged sophistication. Upholster in full-grain leather, hair-on-hide, or premium fabric to elevate any Western, ranch, or lodge-style living space.
Each piece is handcrafted in the USA using solid kiln-dried hardwoods—never plywood or particle board. Frame joints are double-doweled, glued, and screwed for enduring strength. The 8-way hand-tied spring system, the hallmark of fine upholstery, delivers long-lasting support, while the fiber-plush back cushion uses 2" hollow siliconized polyester fibers to resist clumping and maintain luxurious softness. A smooth manual pushback reclining mechanism and a standard walnut wood finish complete the build, with options for other custom finishes.

SMOOTH LEATHER:
Dust and vacuum regularly, working into seams and crevices where grit collects. Wipe with a barely damp cloth and let it dry naturally, away from heat and sunlight. Damp, never wet. Avoid household cleaners, solvents, saddle soap, and household oils, all of which strip or darken the finish. Test any product in a hidden area first. Where the leather is smooth and conditionable, condition roughly every four to six months, and sooner if it starts to feel dry or stiff. Contact us before choosing a cleaner or conditioner for your piece.
HAIR-ON HIDE:
Vacuum gently on a low setting, always in the direction the hair lies. Where debris needs more than suction, brush with the hair using a soft, clean bristle brush. Do not use leather conditioner on hair-on hide. Avoid harsh cleaners, excessive moisture, and aggressive rubbing. If cleaning is necessary, spot-clean the affected area with a damp cloth only and let it dry naturally away from heat. Contact us before applying any product.
