The Marcello Dresser is a beautifully crafted, antique-style wooden dresser with a rich, dark brown finish. Made from Mohena and Tornillo hardwoods, similar to mahogany, this rugged, hand-carved dresser is designed for superior durability and timeless style. The classic bombe shape with a slightly curved front enhances any western home decor, while the distressed texture and intricate carvings reflect the highest quality craftsmanship.
The first step in production is drying the wood in a kiln, then treating it for pests before beginning the creative process. After phase I, the constructed artwork moves on to the Pre-Finish process, which entails applying several paint bases and hand sanding in phases. To give it a distinctive texture and color, multiple coats of paint and acrylic are applied during the finishing process. Each piece goes through this process of hand distressing and hand polishing. Since each piece is hand-painted, colors may slightly differ. Our case goods are constructed using mortise and tenon joinery. Each piece of our exterior hardware is manually fashioned from wrought iron. Peruvian-made!

Constructed from kiln‑dried solid tropical hardwoods (Mohena and Tornillo), selected for strength, stability, and exceptional carving detail. Components are joined with traditional mortise‑and‑tenon construction and hand‑sanded for a smooth, enduring surface.
Shown in an artisan hand‑painted finish with layered distressing and subtle gilded undertones. Because each dresser is finished by hand, natural variations in tone and texture are part of its unique character. Other painted finishes are available.
